Whoever you are, you're welcome here.
My Approach
My therapeutic approach is informed by my training in psychodynamic therapy and my own experiences with therapy as an adolescent and adult.
I believe we all have unconscious scenes that we return to throughout our lives. Rather than erase these, my goal is to help you find ways to open up, explore, and add colour to these scenes.
Sessions focus on what is most relevant to you at the moment, with a special focus on repeated patterns, childhood experience, and unconscious motivations.
Investment
Each session is 50 minutes long.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available, discussed on a per-case basis.
About Me
My undergraduate degree was in English literature, with a focus on Canadian poetry and Medieval literature. While literature is an enduring love of mine, I wanted to do something that involved engagement with others — this led me to working in libraries and completing a master's degree in Library and Archival Studies at the University of Toronto.
Through a series of unexpected events, I've spent the last six years working in IT at a small organization.
In 2022 I started the 3-year program at the Toronto Institute for Contemporary Psychoanalysis, completing my degree in August 2025. Through this experience I had the privilege of working with a number of individuals and completing over 450 hours of clinical experience through the low-cost clinic administered by the school.
